Rebecca Ozols serves as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy and is the first female Owner of ÈâÈ⴫ý Construction. She leads the business development and marketing functions and works across the organization to drive growth and strengthen ÈâÈ⴫ý’s position in the industry. Rebecca collaborates with the executive team to develop key relationships and advance strategic priorities in the market. She is dedicated to building ÈâÈ⴫ý’s brand as the leading construction company in Tennessee and the Southeast.

Rebecca has been recognized numerous times throughout the years for her accomplishments including:
